General Conditions (GCS) for Cabeza UG (haftungsbeschränkt)
Scope
These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all business relationships between Cabeza UG (haftungsbeschränkt), Teutonenweg 49, 65929 Frankfurt am Main, Germany, and its customers in the version valid at the time of conclusion of the contract.Conclusion of the Contract
The contract is concluded when the customer submits an offer via the website and this offer is accepted by Cabeza UG by means of an order confirmation. The customer receives a confirmation by email immediately after placing the order.Prices and Payment Terms
All prices include VAT and are plus shipping costs. Payment is made via the payment methods offered on the website.Delivery and Shipping
Delivery takes place within Germany to the delivery address specified by the customer. The delivery time is usually 3 to 5 working days. Cabeza UG accepts no liability for delivery delays caused by force majeure or other unforeseeable events.Right of Withdrawal
Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days from receipt of the goods. The revocation must be sent in writing to the address given in the legal notice. The customer bears the costs of returning the goods unless the delivered goods do not correspond to those ordered.Retention of Title
The goods remain the property of Cabeza UG until full payment of the purchase price.Warranty and Liability
The statutory warranty rights apply. Cabeza UG is only liable for damages caused by intentional or grossly negligent behavior. Any further liability is excluded.Data Protection

If individual provisions of these General Terms and Conditions are invalid, the remainder of the contract shall remain valid. The relevant statutory provisions shall apply in place of the invalid provision. The place of jurisdiction is Frankfurt am Main.
