At Kjario, we attach great importance to fast and reliable delivery. Below you will find all the important information about our shipping conditions.
2. Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated as a flat rate per order and displayed in the ordering process. For orders over a certain amount, we offer free shipping within Germany. International shipping costs vary depending on the destination and are calculated at checkout.
3. Delivery times
The usual delivery time in Germany is 3-5 working days. For international orders, the delivery time can vary between 7 and 14 working days depending on the destination country. Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays. If unexpected delays occur, we will inform you immediately.
4. Shipping Partners
We work with reputable shipping service providers such as DHL, Hermes and UPS to ensure your order arrives safely and on time. Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can check the status of your delivery at any time.
5. International Deliveries
We offer international shipping to selected countries. The corresponding shipping costs and delivery times are displayed at checkout. For deliveries outside the European Union, customs duties and additional fees may apply, which are the responsibility of the customer.
6. Processing time
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 business days after payment is received. During peak periods, such as holidays, processing times may increase slightly.
7. Undeliverable Shipments
If a delivery is returned to us due to incorrect address information or multiple failed delivery attempts, we reserve the right to charge you additional shipping costs. Please check your details carefully before finalizing your order.
8. Damage due to transport
If your delivery arrives damaged, we ask that you report the damage by email to admin@kjario.com within 48 hours of receiving the goods. Please keep the damaged packaging as it will be needed to file a claim with the shipping service provider. We will arrange a replacement or refund as soon as possible.
9. Returns and exchanges
In case of return, please note our return policy. Returns must be made within 14 days of receipt of the goods. The customer bears the return costs unless the delivered goods are defective or do not correspond to those ordered. Once the return is received and inspected, the purchase price will be refunded according to the original payment method.
